I had my Water Heater replaced recently by Dan and his son as part of service request with Reliance. They confirmed before coming in and performed the work very neatly. As they diagnosed and replaced the heater, Dan and Jacob were very supportive in explaining what was the issue and details on how does a water heater internally operates and things to look for periodically. Their work was perfect and nicely done. They left a clean area after work and appreciate their support in getting my hot water supply back to normal. Thank You!
Our hot water heater wasn't working properly and Reliance sent Dan Healey and his son, Jacob to fix it. Dan has been in the business for many years and his service was excellent. He and his son were professional; prompt, friendly and very good to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would definitely use them again.
We had them do a complete electrical inspection and replacement of ceiling fans as well as light fixtures. We would highly recommend them. They were punctual, courteous and extremely efficient.
